Well, i'm not sure where to start, one could tell so much about this drawing... 
Hmmm, what first caught my eye was the melting effect of the elements that become almost abstract gaining a kind of liquidity. Only then i noticed the visceral textures (which made me think of the old Nirvana's "In Utero" artwork), the barely fleshed body parts, especially arm/leg bones and ribs... " Hope it's not me who's alucinating! Eheh. But suddenly all this morbidity is struck by the funny froggy face on the bottom. Lovely...!
